Our standard rolls are 0.52m (w) x 10m (h) and our extra wide rolls are 0.70m (w) x 10m (h). Measurements are specified for each design on the product page.

It is important to note that our wallpaper is printed to order, so slight variations in colour can occur between batches. Therefore, we recommend ordering all the rolls you will need in one go.

All of our wallpaper is printed to order and we do not hold any stock. Unfortunately we will not be able to send you wallpaper from the same batch, and there may be a slight colour variation between batches. Therefore, we recommend ordering all the rolls you will need in one go.

Bibi Berkeley samples are all A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm)

We can provide A3 samples (29.7 x 40 cm). You can request larger samples by sending us an e-mail at info@bibiberkeley.co.uk.

Our wallpaper samples all contain the same section of the wallpaper so you cannot choose a specific part.

We want to get our wallpaper to you as soon as possible so unfortunately your order cannot be amended or cancelled. If you would like any further information, please email us at info@bibiberkeley.co.uk 

We'll be happy to refund a product providing it is in a fully resalable condition. 

Please note our wallpaper samples and any opened rolls of wallpaper cannot be returned.

We advise that all rolls are inspected prior to hanging as a refund can not be issued once the product has been hung. We also can not be held responsible for decorators costs when goods are not inspected prior to hanging. We recommend that you do not throw away the product labels until you have finished decorating.

To be eligible for a return, your wallpaper or artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and at the return cost of the customer. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return requests must be completed within 14 days.

Opened rolls of wallpaper and wallpaper samples cannot be returned.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us at info@bibiberkeley.co.uk or message us using our contact form. We will usually require photographic evidence of the damage or fault.

We ship worldwide! Delivery for orders outside of the UK will be calculated by our sales team when the order is placed. Please note, orders outside of the UK may also incur import charges.
